Will continue to say. Love the area, love no kids, love the staff. Brilliant customer service. Cleaniliness rated lower only due to age of selected apartment that we stayed in and the climate (humidity). Sighted other apartments for future stays and these were immaculate. Would recommend property for relaxing holiday to anyone. Thank you very much Club Tropical Resort Port Douglas, wecwill be back.

Excellent check in experience. Gina was amazing and thought of everything we could possibly need. We went for our Silver Anniversary and was told we would be receiving a little surprise delivered to our room on the day, however that never happened. That’s ok though, wasn’t Gina’s fault that her request wasn’t done. We had a fantastic time and loved the penthouse. Thank you Pullman.

"This place is a very casual, family friendly place to stay and explore, staff are very welcoming and love teaching the kids about the reef, And the surrounds, excellent hike up to the summit of the island, "7 and 10 year old got up" albeit, pack some water. Had a great stay and explored the island ..."
